Physician Assistant

Pamela Lebron is a licensed Physician Assistant with a strong commitment to helping patients achieve healthier lives through bariatric surgery. With years of experience in surgical weight loss care, Pamela believes in treating the whole person—not just the condition. She takes pride in taking the time to listen, understand, and guide each one of her patients through their unique journeys, treating each person with respect, dignity, and empathy.

Pamela completed her undergraduate studies at CUNY York College in 2011 where she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree again in Chemistry at CUNY Queens College in 2013. Shortly after this, Pamela attended and graduated from the Sophie Davis PA program in 2017. She has been a board-certified physician assistant since that time, working as both a bariatric surgery and plastic surgery PA at many different institutions.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Pamela is proud to provide culturally sensitive care to the diverse patient population here at Woodhull. Her warm, approachable style puts patients at ease, whether they’re preparing for surgery or navigating life after it. Outside the OR, you’ll find Pamela running, working out in the gym, and spending time with her family.
