Michelle Desrochers, RD

Dietitian

Michelle Desrochers is a registered dietitian and the Woodhull Bariatric Surgery program coordinator with over 20 years of experience. After graduating from McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 2000, Michelle worked as a staff dietitian in both the inpatient and outpatient settings for 18 years, first at Wyckoff Hospital then after that at Harlem Hospital before joining Woodhull in 2022. Since that time, in addition to her role as a dietitian, Ms. Desrochers has served as the program’s coordinator, helping each patient navigate their own unique bariatric surgery experience. She is fluent both in English and in French.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking for family, spending time with her friends, and traveling whenever she can.
