Patient Relations services are available to help make your visit to Woodhull a positive experience. Our patient representatives are the link between you, your family, physicians, and other hospital staff. They are familiar with all hospital services and will provide the following at no charge:
- Answers about hospital services or procedures
- Help with special needs or concerns
- Help solving problems or complaints
- Free medical interpretation services to patients whose first language is not English. If a trained medical interpreter is not available in person, we will connect you to a free interpreter service by telephone. We can also arrange for a free sign language interpreter.
- Visitor’s passes.
- Information about your rights as a patient and how to protect those rights.
- Community education activities
