NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Sydenham Community Advisory Board (CAB) is a dedicated team of 23 community activists and health care advocates who support NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Sydenham’s efforts to provide high quality health care by giving the community a voice in the decision-making process. It is also their responsibility to assure that the community is kept informed of the goals and objectives of NYC Health + Hospitals, Gotham Health and Sydenham.
