The Nurse Leader Academy is a comprehensive leadership training program for new and existing nurses with varying levels of management knowledge and experience.
The Nurse Leader Academy features educational content derived from a system-wide comprehensive needs-assessment, as well as the nurse leadership competencies listed as essential by the leading national nursing organizations. The Academy includes intensive workshops to educate nurse leaders to be systems thinkers, meeting the demands of the evolving healthcare environment.
