The Guest Relations Department is available to assist you with any concern you may have during your stay at Lincoln.
Patient Representatives are available to answer questions regarding hospital services, patient care, patient safety, or any special needs. They can arrange for translation services, notary services, or chaplain visits. They can explain your rights as a patient, address complaints, or assist with any ethical issues which may arise during your stay.
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ask to see a patient representative when you wish to make the hospital aware of your satisfaction, lodge a complaint, or to compliment our staff. You can also contact any member of your health care team for this purpose.
Our staff is available to discuss the Advance Directive to ensure your wishes are respected. We can help you complete the form.
