PROGRAMS WE OFFER
- Pride Health Center: We offer LGBTQ+ services including gender affirming care integrated within primary care with a focus on mental health, physical health, holistic wellness and community building.
- Bridge Program: The Bridge Program engages emerging adults, ages 12-29, to attain their health goals by employing an innovative care model which focuses on accessibility, preventative medical services and relationship building.
