Procurement Process

For IPA Healthcare Participants

  • IPA Healthcare Participant Procurement Manual: This linked document contains detailed information on the IPA Network and the network’s procurement process for healthcare providers and FHQCs.
  • Scope of Work for IPA Healthcare Participants. To formally place your healthcare provider organization or FQHC under consideration for participation in the NYC IPA network as an IPA Healthcare Participant, please complete this document and submit all relevant supporting materials to the IPA. Note that submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, in the order in which they were received.
  • Required Materials for IPA Healthcare Participants to Submit:
  • Completed Scope of Work for CCM and at least one E&N setting, with optional Social Services
  • Budget documentation
  • Minimum requirements attestation
  • Note that incomplete submissions will be ineligible for consideration until the IPA has received all required materials

For IPA Care Management Partners

  • IPA Care Management Partner Procurement Manual: This linked document contains detailed information on the IPA Network and the network’s procurement process for CMAs and CBOs.
  • Scope of Work for IPA Care Management Partners. To formally place your CMA or CBO under consideration for participation in the NYC IPA network as an IPA Care Management Partner, please complete this document and submit all relevant supporting materials the IPA. Note that submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, in the order in which they were received.
  • Required Materials for IPA Care Management Partners to Submit:
  • Completed Scope of Work for CCM and/or at least one E&N setting, with optional Social Services
