The Patient Relations Department provides information and education on patient rights to patients, family members, visitors and staff. The department provides a centralized place where patient/family members and visitors can have their grievances/complaints, concerns, suggestions and compliments reviewed. In addition, the department enhances the channel of communication between patients and staff and interprets hospital policies, procedures and services to patients, their families and visitors.
