NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur provides high quality short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services in a warm and comfortable setting. Our 295-bed Skilled Nursing Facility staff provides medical, nursing, and rehabilitative care in an atmosphere of dignity and compassion. Our multilingual, nurturing staff proudly reflects the diversity of Manhattan’s Lower East Side and has a long-standing reputation for providing excellent care.

The contracts range in daily reimbursement from a minimum rate of $300.00 per day to a maximum rate of $1,400 per day, depending on the acuity of the patient and services provided.
