Chief of Infrastructure and Support Services Officer
Mr. Ryniewski, as a Chief of Infrastructure and Support Services Officer, leads and manages facilities services, security/hospital police, emergency management, fire and safety, transportation and environmental services.
Bringing a wealth of experience, Mr. Ryniewski most recently served as the Director of Administration and Support Services at the Office of Mental Health. During his tenure, he successfully directed all administrative and support departments, such as Work Control/Maintenance, Engineering, Transportation, Environmental Services, Safety/Hospital Police, IT, Human Resources, and Business Office. His responsibilities extended to managing these departments across two psychiatric hospitals covering 20 acres, leased properties, two power plants, and multiple housing sites.
Prior to his role at the Office of Mental Health, Mr. Ryniewski served as the Health/Fiscal Director at the Department of Health. He played a pivotal role in the development of seven new locations/centers, overseeing multiple renovations and upgrades at various WIC clinics. Mr. Ryniewski received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.
