With over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in healthcare, Ms. Singh brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Gotham Health. Her extensive background encompasses marketing, development, operations, external affairs, and governmental strategies.
As Gotham’s Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Singh assumes direct responsibility for overseeing all operational aspects of Gotham Health sites. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, she is entrusted with ensuring operational excellence and the attainment of goals and objectives aligned with Gotham Health’s strategic plan and priorities. Additionally, Ms. Singh serves as a valuable member of the senior management team, providing essential leadership support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining NYC Health + Hospitals, Ms. Singh held prominent positions including Vice President of Operations and Strategy for ProHealth/Optum Care United Health Group and Chief Development Officer for AdvantageCare physicians. Notably, she launched her career at Health + Hospitals and dedicated twelve years of service at Queens and Elmhurst hospitals. Ms. Singh received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Government Health Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Masters of Public Administration and Public Health Policy from Bernard Baruch College. Recognized for her exceptional achievements, Ms. Singh has been honored with awards such as Phi Alpha Alpha and Queens Top Woman in Business.
