Joseph Otonichar
Joseph Otonichar, DO, is Chief of the Mental Health Service for NYC Health and Hospitals/Correctional Health Services. He oversees the psychiatry, psychology, and clinical mental health services; creative arts therapy; and mental health administration services within CHS. Dr. Otonichar holds a medical degree from Midwestern University. He completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship at New York University and completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Virginia.
