Harmonizing For Health
Harmonizing For Health
Harmonizing for Health is a pilot program designed to address burnout and promote well-being among healthcare staff, developed in collaboration with the Juilliard Extension and the Yale School of Public Health. By combining musical training, performance, and therapeutic techniques, the program offers a creative outlet for staff to reduce stress, foster emotional resilience, and reconnect with their sense of purpose.
As part of its development, the Yale School of Public Health is helping to create a robust evaluation framework to measure the program’s impact on staff well-being. This partnership ensures that the program is not only effective but also adaptable, with the potential for expansion across healthcare settings. By integrating Juilliard’s artistic expertise with Yale’s public health approach, Harmonizing for Health is creating a lasting impact on staff engagement and improving the overall healthcare experience.
