Artist-in-Residence
Our Artist-in-Residency program is currently in partnership with The Creative Center at the University Settlement that provides weekly art-making sessions led by a teaching artist that includes; painting, photography, creative writing, paper arts, fiber arts, botanical printing, guitar rounds and more.
Since its launch in January 2024, six artists have been embedded at five hospitals and one neighborhood health center including: Elmhurst, Kings County, Lincoln, North Central Bronx, South Brooklyn Health, and NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham, Morrisania.
